Description: Fair Haven Yoga offers a Baby and Me course for parents and their children. Baby & Me is 80% upper body and core strength work for the parents and the remainder of the class is devoted to each baby's age-appropriate movement. Babies age 6 weeks to crawling are allowed. The studio also offers kids yoga.
