Charitable Children: Showing your Kids How to Help Others

We got a flier home from school this week from the PTA asking families if they'd like to 'adopt' an anonymous child for a holiday gift program. I saw, "9 Year Old Boy" and instantly thought, "I have no idea what a nine-year-old wants for Christmas -- my kiddos are much younger!," (and almost tossed it without thinking). Stress: Embrace it, handle it, then let it go.

Okay… deep breaths.

Life is stressful. Every day, it feels like we’re getting pulled in all possible directions, overwhelmed with things to do, people to see, and places to be. And before you know it, your entire day feels like complete chaos.
