I am a wife and mother of three from Red Bank.
While studying to become a Doula, I decided what I really wanted to help empower whole families so they could live richer, healthier lives. So I combined my birth work with a certification in Holistic Health Counseling and at Real Life Wellness I help busy people make simple, easy changes to live their best lives from birth and beyond.
You can also find me writing about my own adventures in parenting and wellness all around the internet. I am a founding editor of the Jersey Moms Blog and The Right Hand Mom Blog. When I want to get all that done in 140 characters or less, I'm on twitter @ritzking
