My 3 year old son goes to preschool 2 days a week. Both mornings I feel like I am rushing around yelling that we have to go. I set out clothes the night before so essentially all we have to do is eat and brush teeth. Why is that so hard! Haha
Any ideas or tricks to get out the door sooner?

Get everything ready from clothing picked out, shoes and knapsack (if he's got one) by the door, kitchen table set for breakfast, lunch made, etc. The less you have to do in the morning, the easier it will be. Also, try getting up a little earlier. This can help combat the "beat-the-clock" stress. Here's a link to an article with a few more ideas. :-)

Some of the tips may not apply, since your son is only 3, but hopefully you'll find something helpful.
