How long does it take for kids to get into a school sleeping routine.  This summer we have been 'late to bed, late to rise' and my son starts school in Sept.  When should I start getting him used to getting up earlier?

Great topic Angie, one of our experts, Dr. Carol Ash, just did a radio interview this week about kids and getting them back on a good sleep schedule for school  Listen in!

I know this is a little too late, but we stick to the same schedule year round. Granted my kiddo is 10 and isn't a typical sleeper, so he's in bed by 10 each night.

But when there are other things that need to be brought back into the routine (like games turning off at a certain time) I start about 3 weeks before.

Hope you're making out ok!
